Pay : $33.50 / hr

Job Description :

• As a Global Real Estate Solutions organization member, this position supports a range of Conference Center and building-related operations and services.
• The position works as a member of a team and independently under the direction of supervision in the execution of directly performed duties and responsibilities completed through others.

Job Responsibilities :

• Steward of workplace and employee experiences.
• Greets employees and tenants, serving as the point of contact for support, problem-solving, scheduling, and information regarding the workplace.
• Works closely with internal business partners to plan, schedule, and execute small / midsize meetings.
• Supports day-to-day utilization and assignment of Conference Center rooms and managed spaces.
• Coordinates facility-related services with landlords, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Inspects workspaces and equipment and acts toward deficiencies.
• Local administration of employee parking and commuting programs.
• Coordinates employee and tenant moves for tenants.
• Orders and schedules delivery and installation of furniture and materials.
• Provides local office amenity oversight and support.
• Responds to events that impact the office environment or tenants.
• Oversee local office safety programs and equipment management.
• Reconciles, codes, and authorizes invoices for payment related to overseen services.
• Supports conference room technology, defects, and steward repairs.
• Responsible for the production measurement gathering and distribution.
• Perform additional duties, including project-related work, as assigned.
• May have responsibilities for after-hours events or weekend meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience / Qualifications :

• Associate Arts degree or equivalent experience
• Previous experience working in a corporate setting.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Products
• Demonstrates polished interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrates the ability to work in a team environment.
• Nights and Weekends may be required.
• Position requires the ability to lift 30 pounds and regularly travel within the workspace.
• This is a 100% work-in-office position, where reliable attendance is critical to its success.
