At AXA UK, we’ve a fantastic opportunity for an In-House Talent Acquisition Partner to join our friendly Talent Acquisition team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. AXA’s Talent Acquisition team’s core ambition and purpose is to attract, find, assess and select diverse and engaged talent for AXA, by creating Moments that Matter at every stage of the recruitment journey.
As a TA Partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies for your recruitment portfolio, across full recruitment lifecycle, to ensure we acquire the best talent for AXA’s future ambition and that we position AXA as an Employer of Choice. At AXA we’re adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers, we are flexible on location.
