At AXA UK, we’ve a fantastic secondment opportunity for an In-House Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly Talent Acquisition team. AXA’s Talent Acquisition team’s core ambition and purpose is to attract, find, assess and select diverse and engaged talent for AXA, by creating Moments that Matter at every stage of the recruitment journey.
What will you be doing?
As a TA Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies for your recruitment portfolio (full recruitment lifecycle), to ensure we acquire the best talent for AXA’s future ambition and that we position AXA as an Employer of Choice. You’ll be expected to work in very close partnership with other members of the TA and HR team as well as your hiring managers, to build and manage a diverse talent pool of candidates and ensure TA requirements across your portfolio are delivered. Qualifications
Most important for us is that you have some end-to-end recruitment experience and a passion for providing an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll have an analytical and inquisitive mindset with the ability to produce meaningful MI and Insights and also have fantastic networking and stakeholder management skills with the ability to connect to a variety of audiences proactively.
