• 5+ years of experience with business intelligence, data visualization, and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, QuickSight).
• Advanced proficiency with data analytics, including ability to perform root cause analysis to uncover issues within data.
• Able to lead a lean team in a fast-paced, global organization with a mentality to build scalable products.
• Strong understanding of information security as applied to handling sensitive data.

We’re looking for a hands-on and motivated self-starter who is passionate about using data to help us measure every area of the Talent Acquisition (TA) business to influence decisions.

In this APJC regional role, the Data & Analytics Leader will develop, implement and manage reporting strategies that enable measurement of organizational goals. This will be achieved through developing a deep understanding of recruiting processes and partnership with global stakeholders to evolve reporting models, analyze results and make business recommendations to senior management – all in an environment of rapid growth and increasing complexity.

We are looking for an experienced professional who is capable of structuring ambiguous problems through first principles thinking, diving deep into data to support the planning & reporting cycles, and mentoring a team to advise leadership on the business growth and productivity strategies.

In this role, you will invent and build, experiment and test new ideas, evangelize successes, and drive consistency. You will interact with the business groups that rely on the guidance of these metrics as well as data engineers and analysts to improve reporting quality. You must possess a passion around working directly and deeply with data. You will be detail-oriented, analytical and have excellent problem-solving ability. You will be creative and find solutions without the perfect data set and will be experienced at working with several data sets and the associated technical tools. You will possess superb communication (written and verbal), great customer-relationship skills and outstanding analytical insight.

The role will require balancing the ability to think big and be creative while paying attention to detail and data.

Key job responsibilities

• Collaborate on the design, development, maintenance and delivery of forecasting models, metrics, reports, dashboards and analyses to drive TA across APJC.
• Provide data-driven, actionable insights to TA Leadership & Line Management.
• Establish scalable, efficient, and automated data processes.
• Ensure knowledge-base is built and our end users are trained to be proficient in usage of reporting products.
• Creation and analysis of reports that track and measure recruiter effectiveness as it relates to recruiting outcomes and client deliverables.
• Provides data driven reports with actionable insights to influence senior leaders and teams globally.
• Work with global stakeholders to track goals and headcount across the region.
• Work effectively across cross-functional teams to drive operations and process/cost efficiency improvements through study results which are accessible to a non-expert audience.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, escalate appropriately, make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus various constraints for the team.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for TA, leading an agile team.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support for TA Special Projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customer groups such as: TA Executive Leadership and 1st/2nd line Recruiting Management.
• Experience in HR and/or Talent Acquisition
• Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or similar discipline with analytical bias.
• 5+ years of experience writing SQL (Advanced skill to navigate databases and conduct root cause analysis).
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business challenges into corresponding solutions.
• Experience with senior level interaction and communications.
