We are recruiting for a Data Analysts to join the HR Function to handle increasing Data Analytical work.
Location – Reading / Basingstoke Area
Salary: £33,400 – £45,000 (Dependent on experience)

You will be required to:
Provide MI analysis and reporting support to the HR department
Support determination of what data needs to be collected and how
Undertake strategic workforce planning analysis and reward modelling
Provide analytical advice in trends, data and predictions
Use and create data reports to provide information and insight to aid business decision making
Provide reports to senior leaders, which contribute to strategic decision making
Work in cohesion with the HR Systems Team to collate data and provide in depth feedback and advice
Support the delivery of the overall HR plan, business priorities and strategic workforce plans
Develop and implement reports to drive performance, efficiency and cost reduction
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experience:
Strong data management, modelling, and analytical skills
Specialist knowledge of HR Systems
Fantastic attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Advanced MS Excel skills and feel comfortable manipulating data in a strategic way
Have experience of interpreting customer needs and requirements when provided with outlines and concepts – be confident to propose alternative solutions
Be able to articulate the findings in a non-technical manner to ensure full understanding of the results
The following are desirable for the role:
Practical experience of working with Power BI
Familiarity with HRIS Systems such as Workday and/ or Saba
Experience of business process design, process mapping, problem solving and decision making
Knowledge of a service delivery model, utilising a ticketing system
Interest in data science
We will also require any potential employees to be willing and able to obtain and maintain Security Clearance.
