About this opportunity
We currently have an exciting and rare opportunity to join the Aware Super Talent Acquisition Team! This is a varied role where you will not only have the opportunity to recruit various roles across our organisation, but also be responsible for the maintenance of the the Recruitment Module of our HRIS, provide monthly team reporting and insights; and various other value add activity for our team.
How do you exceed our expectations?
You might be a recent graduate looking to have your first exposure to a Talent Acquisition role, or you may have a few years experience under your belt in an HR Admin, or TA Co-ordinator role and be looking for your next adventure. We can teach you the ropes from a recruiting perspective, but it’s super important you have a can-do attitude, enthusiasm and are pro-active in nature. We’d love to have someone in the team who is keen to learn and develop in Talent Acquisition, but can bring some well-tuned skills in terms of reporting, excel knowledge, and stakeholder engagement.
