The Role

This is position is going to be in charge of our Property Development division to manage and ensure an effective finance function and also also help out the project admin. It is an rare opportunity for an experienced finance manager who has strong interest in the property development industry to accumulate the industrial knowledge. Main responsibilities including but not limited to,

• Oversee the day-to-day finance operations;
• In charge of financial statement of the business and consolidate management report;
• Budgeting and cash flow management;
• Tax returns and tax compliance reports, liaison and management of external accounting services provided by the external accounting and taxation consultants;
• Accurately conduct feasibility studies to evaluate the investment;
• Manage project monthly payment;
• Evaluate and analyse the accurate cost of investment for shareholders;
• Assist finance manager to manage project meeting, meeting minutes, weekly/monthly reports and presentation;
• Liaise more than 30 consultant partners to achieve project milestones;
• ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese
• 6+ years of demonstrated finance experience in a similar position, property development industry will be an advantage;
• Strong technical knowledge and hands on experience
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Highly motivated and have the ability and desire to work toward and meet deadlines
• Full working right in Australia
