Award Business Centre Group Ltd is Looking for Office Assistant Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, filing, and data entry
• Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and meetings as requested by staff members
• Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable duties as needed
• Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
• Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or office assistant role
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a team player and able to work independently when necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
