Our logistics partner in Elk Grove Village, IL is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their growing team!

What will you be responsible for as the Logistics Account Manager?

• Work directly with customers on a daily basis
• Onboard new customers
• Meet with customers regularly (in-person, via phone, and virtually)
• Enter customer and product information into the company database
• Review pricing and contracts with customers
• Invoice customers regularly
• Oversee groups or teams that work on your account

Who qualifies for the Logistics Account Manager role?

• We are looking for candidates with previous logistics experience (in an account or customer management role)
• Candidates who have worked in a WMS or ERP system before
• Candidates with strong MS office skills, specifically Outlook and Excel (you will be creating and maintaining s for your customers)

What hours will you work as the Logistics Account Manager?

• This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role
• Monday – Friday
• 8 AM – 5 PM

How much will you earn in the Logistics Account Manager role?

• Salary range for this role is $55,000-$65,000 per year
