Avondale Decor LLC Hiring for CNC Programmer/Operator at Remote Full Time

Manufacturing company located in Virginia is seeking a well-rounded CNC Programmer/Operator to head up our machining department . Candidate will be responsible for writing code, programming CNC Mill and Lathe. Full time remote position with flexible hours. Seeking someone that can remotely manage machine operators on site to properly set up and run machines. Must be knowledgeable with HAAS controller and Fusion 360 software.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• CNC programming, set up & operation of CNC Mills and Lathes
• Set-up and break-down of machining centers as well as PM and cleaning
• Create schedules for machining centers based on production schedule
• Train and oversee machine operators
• Must be familiar with brass
• Have knowledge other shop equipment such as manual mills, bending and rolling equipment, saws, sanders, panel saws, welding, drills, etc.
• Draw, read and interpret prints, plans, sketches, and shop drawings.
• Work with designers and management to achieve customers’ satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of production while maintaining quality
• Responding to quick turnaround orders
• Performing well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Perform related duties, as assigned.

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications:

• Trade school graduate, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience with CNC Equipment
• Knowledge of Fusion 360
• Strong knowledge of shop practices and skill in using shop tools and equipment.
• Ability to ACCURATELY read tape measurement & blueprints and translate into fabricated products.
• Must be willing to travel to factory when necessary. Should be infrequently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 – $62,400.00 per year
