Government body is looking for a project coordinator to support large CRM Program

Key deliverables:

  • Project Communications
  • Project Schedule
  • Project Finances

About you & what you need for this role:

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, including experience with Financial systems, including Oracle.
  • Proficient skills in MS office products, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and practices, including project reporting and governance
  • Ability to record minutes of project meetings, prepare agenda and provide secretariat functions.
  • Maintain relationships with large range of stakeholders, projects teams, EPMO and vendors.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate with people across all levels
