Role Summary

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing our digital marketing strategies to boost our online presence and lead acquisition.

This role is perfect for someone who is not only strategic but also loves to dive deep into execution, ensuring that plans are realized with precision and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development : Craft comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals, focusing on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Marketing Automation : Implement and optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels, primarily using HubSpot.
• Hands-On Execution : Directly manage key marketing responsibilities such as digital marketing initiatives, email campaigns, website performance, and content creation including the landing pages.
• Data Analysis : Monitor and analyze digital campaign results, adjust strategies as needed, and prepare detailed s on key metrics to ensure continuous improvement and ROI maximization.
• Team Collaboration : Work cross-functionally to ensure a cohesive and effective brand messaging and customer journey.
• Leadership Collaboration : Engage regularly with the leadership team, including marketing and engineering, to provide data-driven recommendations for strategic improvements.
• Adaptability : Demonstrate a high capacity to adjust quickly to change and adapt strategies in real-time to meet business and market demands.
• Startup Environment Adaptation : Navigate the unique challenges and rapid changes within a startup environment, proactively adjusting strategies and tactics to meet evolving business needs.

Nice to Have

CRM Automation at Lead Level : Experience in implementing CRM automation specifically at the lead level to enhance marketing personalization and effectiveness.

Ability to nurture leads and strategically move them from one stage to the next in the sales funnel.

• Experience in managing partners, channels, and high-value customer relationships. Experience with account-based marketing and events handling.
• Executing Content Strategies : Develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and lead conversion, ultimately impacting overall marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience : 5-8 years of digital marketing experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have built marketing frameworks in Seed, Series A, or Series B startups.
• Hands-On Skills : Proven ability to implement strategies hands-on, from conceptualization through to execution phases.
• Technical Proficiency : In-depth knowledge of HubSpot, marketing automation tools, and solid understanding of all digital marketing channels.
• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical skills with an ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data.
• Communication : Excellent communication and organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.

Additional Requirements

Office Presence : Ability to work from our office at least three days a week to collaborate effectively with the team.
