Position Overview of the Wellness Coordinator/Scheduler:

The primary focus of this position is to maintain the wellness staffing schedule and to recruit, retain and enhance the overall associate experience and commitment to the community and its residents with a focus on promptly and professionally directing the staff in-service and training programs, monitoring performance, recommending and implementing programs to enhance the overall training of staff as it relates to providing exceptional service/care within our community and regulations that govern residential care.

This position is a direct liaison to the Resident Care Director as it relates to associate morale, feedback, promoting and maintaining a positive work environment.
