The impact you’ll make :

Being a part of our Talent Acquisition Team is more than just filling jobs. You’ll champion both the business partners and talent to ensure a successful candidate experience, manage all parts of the recruiting process from sourcing to offer, and play a key role in identifying and deploying TA function process improvements.

What you’ll do :

Source qualified talent through various sources including social media, job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, user groups, networking, referrals, and other creative means

Conduct interviews and make offers for a subset of roles across the organization

Work closely with other members of the Talent Acquisition Team to learn various hiring processes and best practices

Ensure an incredible candidate experience for everyone we interact with, positively reflecting the ABG employment brand

Accurately manage data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

What we’re looking for :

Rising Junior or Senior

The resilience to operate effectively in a matrix organization within a fast-paced industry, during a period of significant change and growth.

Critically, you must display a high sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure dealing with multiple competing priorities and a demanding workload
