About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist role oversees the recruitment process for our 3 brands; Avis, Budget and Apex within our Pacific market. The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast paced, high volume recruitment environment with a strong ability to multi-task. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work with a global industry leader and further their career within Talent Acquisition.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of recruitment from initial inception to hire.
• Review new applicants, schedule initial recruiter phone screens, scheduling face to face interviews, requesting feedback/statuses on interviews from Hiring Managers, dispositioning applicants appropriately, extend offers, scheduling start dates and additional follow up as needed.
• Using our ATS to appropriately and timely manage the statuses of applicants throughout the recruitment process in real time.
• Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for all candidates throughout the key stages of their application, offer and pre-employment.
• Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders so that you are able to provide valuable support as a subject matter expert to the business.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with candidates, hiring managers, interviewers and other stakeholders.
• Responsible for the advertisement of requisitions within appropriate avenues all while meeting department budget
• Educate and up skill line managers on talent acquisition best practice as needed.
• Meet recruitment KPI’s

Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high volume recruitment environment.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a high sense of urgency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the business up to Senior Leadership.
• Expertise recruiting end to end for a wide range of roles, from front line to management.
• Ability to think outside the box and come up with creative ways to attract and source talent.
