Event AV Sales Account Executive
Qualifications:
Knowledge of audio, video and lighting equipment
Driven and capable in building new relationships with prospects
Desire to drive your own income based on your efforts
Ability to set goals and the drive to reach them
Excellent verbal and communication skills
PC proficient including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous experience selling is absolutely required, previous event production service sales is a very strong benefit
Outcomes & Responsibilities:
Work remotely with travel as required to build client relationships
Build clientele base in Nashville, TN and surrounding areas
Continual prospecting to find, develop and grow your client portfolio
Focus on building relationships with Corporate Event Planners & client leadership
Set in person client meetings and attend targeted networking events
Work with AVI support staff to design and estimate costs for client event needs
Creating and presenting proposals to decision makers
Be accountable to client needs and expectations
Foster, evolve and grow key accounts & relationships
Closing sales to meet company expectations
Concisely keep records of client and sales communications

AVI Event Services is an event production company with offices in the Chicago area and Las Vegas, along with Indiana warehouse operations. We provide audiovisual, lighting and décor elements along with support for live, hybrid and virtual events. The AVI team designs, manages and produces local, national and international event production services for corporate conferences, meetings and events. We carry the latest AV and lighting equipment in the industry, from LED video walls, laser projection, digital audio, along with stage and event décor. What you will be doing: Actively prospecting to find, develop and grow your customer portfolio in Nashville, TN and surrounding areas. Setting appointments for in-person meetings. Attend industry Association meetings to build relationships. Understanding customer need and working with AVI team to propose creative solutions. Presenting proposals and technology options to decision makers. Closing sales to meet or exceed company expectations. Represent AVI Event Services as the single point of accountability to your customers. Nurture, develop and grow key accounts. Accurately manage and maintain sales and customer documentation.
