Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
– Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
– Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
– Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions

Skills:
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
– Proficient in using computer systems and software, including reservation systems
– Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
– Fluency in multiple languages is a plus

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and ability to provide exceptional customer service will contribute to the overall guest satisfaction.
