Avesis, Incorporated Hiring for Dental Network Recruiter Job at Remote Full Time

Position Summary

To implement the established network strategy for access and discounts to expand Guardian’s Government dental networks and its subsidiaries. Actively recruit and contract dentists for Guardian’s dental networks to ensure the continued growth of Guardian’s dental products through the strength of its networks and service offering. Increase the number of dentists in the networks to maximize the gross adds, competitive rank, and overall value that Guardian Dental can add to existing and prospective clients/constituents, etc.

You are

A self-starter who understands the Dental managed care space as well as CRM programs to track progress. The candidate should also be a knowledgeable in our industry and who is comfortable speaking to dental offices to build trust and meet deadlines and commitments.

You will

• Recruit and retain General Dentists and Specialists for the various dental networks primarily through the use of effective telephone communication skills.
• Identify and prioritize target-recruiting locations.
• Improve Avesis’ Effective Discount by deepening the market discount while increasing utilization.
• Partners with external recruiter when in person recruitment is needed.
• Submit Network Activity Reports detailing field activity
• Report recruitment progress on special groups back to the appropriate source.
• Report recruitment/retention progress on special requests.
• Interact effectively with Recruiters, Provider Relations, Network Management Coordinators, and Support Analysts.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all members of the regional and national Network Management Team.
• Assist with special recruitment projects including but not limited to recruitment guarantees and commitments for new and in-force groups.
• Ad hoc reporting requests or issues/questions are resolved promptly.
• Participation on committee/task forces to provide subject matter expertise to improve processes and procedures to ensure department expectations and goals are being met and ensure a positive provider experience.

Qualifications – External

You have

• Industry knowledge of dental products, procedures, and codes.
• Education and Experience:
• Education: College graduate preferred.
• Experience: 5 years of experience in dental claims, provider relations or dental recruitment.
• Other Requirements:
• Knowledge of Government programs a plus.
