The leading provider of care homes is looking for an expert in international recruitment to support the business in employing senior carers and nurses from overseas. This is a new opportunity within Avery so it will be your chance to bring your experience and really shape the way international recruitment supports the growth of the business at an important time.

With the support of our international recruitment agency, you will be adept at managing the legal and compliance process of employing overseas staff, being in line with the relevant legislative requirements. Daily tasks will include online interviewing of candidates, checking candidates’ paperwork, ensuring the homes are ready for their new arrivals and ensuring the agency have all travel, accommodation and pastoral support in place. The process, candidate selection, Visa and Right to Work documentation is an important part of this role, but so too is the difference you will make to the lives of our new candidates as you support them in settling into their new homes and job.
