Human Resources Administrator (Part Time)
Location: Cramlington, Northumberland
Salary: £20,475 pro rata (£12,285 per annum)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, over 3 full days (Friday on-site presence required, flexibility for remaining days)
Anticipated Start Date – 1st November 2022

We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Human Resources Administrator at our factory in Cramlington, to join our HR Team.
For our UK Human Resources team we are hiring a fresh, experienced mind for this supporting role in a very fast-growing business and within a high-performing team as HR Administrator.
As a key role within the Northern Europe HR team, as HR Administrator you will support the HR team onsite and provide administrative support to the HR Department.
About the role:
Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the HR team to maintain a quality service
Maintaining an effective approach for storing both electronic and paper records confidentially
Assist in staff engagement initiatives
Recruitment administration – raising vacancies through our online system, coordinating interviews plus working alongside hiring managers to support onboarding (incl. contract preparation, onsite medical appointments, induction sessions etc.)
Absence administration including monthly absence reconciliation, reporting KPIs, coordinating absence review meetings with managers, absence meeting note-taking, and PHI administration
Supporting training and development activities as well as site strategy initiatives
Assist in any HR-related projects and duties as required
Qualifications
What we will be looking for:
CIPD Qualification/Educational background in Business Administration and/or Human Resources
Previous work experience in HR Administration related fields – preferably in international and/or manufacturing environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both spoken and written
Knowledge of relevant employment law as well as proven record of establishing new processes is welcome
Excel / Google Sheets and experience in work of applicable HRIS systems, such as PeopleSoft or other HRMS (Oracle), Smart Recruiters is desirable, however, training will be provided
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, good time-management and priority setting skills are important
Energetic, dedicated and enthusiastic work approach combined with strong self-management to meet deadlines and to do what it takes to get the job done
Empathetic, team-player and relationship-building attitude
