• Competitive pay:
  • Average is $1,193-$1,346 per week / $62,000 – $70,000 per year
  • Starting pay .54cpm
  • Average 2,112 – 2,310 miles per week
  • Stop pay of $20 per stop
    • Average 7 stops per week (depending on route)
• Home daily, night shift position
• Rotating 5-day and 6-day weeks, driver will work every other weekend
• The workweek starts Monday or Tuesday, depending on the load type. Route and responsibilities will be provided to the driver by Site Leadership.
• A mix of reefer and dry van – reefer experience is not needed, training will be provided
• Hauling food products, miscellaneous goods, and furniture to customer’s store locations in SC, GA and Wilmington, NC
• Mix of reefer and dry van – reefer experience not needed, training will be provided
• 100% no touch freight
• Drivers able to bid on new routes twice a year

• Must live within a 60-mile radius
• Must have 6 months’ verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years
• Drivers must have Class A CDL
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years
• No convictions for DUI within the past 5 years
• No suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years
• No serious violations within previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with fatality)
• No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
• No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 year

Essential functions:

• Open/Close Trailer Doors – force requirement: 46 lbs
• Count freight
• Complete fuel tickets
• Obtain sales leads
• Hook/Unhook trailer – force requirement: 90lbs(Class A Only)
• Perform pre-trip inspections
• Drive
• Regular predictable attendance
• Enter/Exit a Commercial Motor Vehicle
• Enter/Exit the rear of a trailer from ground level
