Senior Talent Advisor
Aver LLC is looking to identify a Senior Talent Advisor to join our rapidly growing IT and Management services firm. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and motivated to identify, recruit and hire top talent to support our federal government clients across the DHS, DoD, and the Veteran Affairs markets. In this role, you will have direct access to senior-level hiring leaders while proactively building talent pools of qualified candidates.
Responsibilities include:
-Identify qualified candidates that fit open position requirements.
-Source and review resumes using resume search engines and other databases.
-Conduct in-depth candidate phone screens based on personality, attitude, and technical qualifications including the ability to communicate the firm’s value proposition.
-Schedule and coordinate interviews for hiring managers.
-Prepare and manage job postings on internal and external sites.
-Track candidate information using internal systems.
-Update management frequently on candidate status and open position sourcing.
-Issue offer letters and coordinate end-to-end employee onboarding.
-Conduct background investigation and reference checks on perspective employees.
-Assist in process improvement initiatives to promote efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
Experience Requirements:
-Minimum of 10 years of recruitment experience with primary focus on Information Technology and the Federal marketplace.
-BA/BS degree is required
-Able to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with candidates, staff and leadership team
-Proficiency in MS Office with strong Excel skills; ability to prioritize tasks while staying organized and maintaining attention to detail.
Security Requirements:
–Ability to obtain and maintain US Security Clearance
