As Senior Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for collating all day-to-day financial matters ready for processing through head office. A background in bookkeeping and/or accounting is preferred, good skills with Microsoft suite especially Excel and the ability to work with multiple software platforms such as CMS and CRM.
You will provide administration support and have a customer centred approach to your work and ability to connect with the residents. This role will start as 20 hours a week and may grow into an expanded position if this is what you are looking for.
About the role:

• Permanent, part time – 20hrs per week
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (8.00am to 1.00pm)
• Assisting the Community Manager with the management of all village accounts.
• Assisting the Community Manager with administration work as required and special projects.
• Provide general administrative support including reception duties, meeting and greeting residents and visitors
• Assisting with distribution of mail and email correspondence and coordinate events at community

About you:

• Experience in bookkeeping and or accounting is preferred
• Administration and reception knowledge preferred
• Previous industry and similar role experience (highly regarded)
• Advanced computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• A passion for building on resident customer satisfaction
• Current Police Check certificate
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate work and prioritise work to meet deadlines and commitments
