Position: Claims Adjuster (Remote)

Location: REMOTE

Salary: $50-55k

Overview:

Avenica is currently recruiting for a Claims Adjuster. This is a great position with opportunities for professional growth and development. No Claims experience required. Candidates with experience encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities of the Claims Adjuster:

• Assist clients with their claims, providing them with a fast and stress-free experience

• Write and review estimates and supplements for accuracy and liability based on inspection, photos, videos

• Work with service providers and clients to reconcile claims

• Use data and analytics to solve problems and help accomplish team goals by sharing your opinions and ideas

A Successful Claims Adjuster:

• Has passion for providing a great customer experience

• Has managed long-term client relationships and provide great customer service from problem to resolution

• Is confident in their prioritization and time management skills

• Has experience working with a large volume of customers

• Strong, clear and professional communication – both written and verbal
