Job Description
Customer Care is a growing department part of Avayda Pest Control in the Alberta and British Columbia area. We are looking for positive and motivated individuals to join our team. This position involves fielding customer service calls for Avayda Pest Control. This is NOT a sales position. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing company with a great culture and atmosphere.
Customer Service Manager Responsibilities
Receive inbound calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests (Scheduling, billing inquiries, service concerns, general questions).
Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and knowledge of Avayda products and services.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact with customers.
Satisfy the specific needs of customers with a high level of professionalism and integrity as you provide world-class service.
Be able to lead and manage a small team of customer service representatives
Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills
Proficient computer/typing skills
Positive attitude and good work ethic
Effective team player
Must be willing to work long-term
Must live in Lethbridge Ab area
