SALARY: £25,000 – £35,000 depending on experience

They are actively recruiting an ambitious, driven, and caring Recruitment and Marketing Manager for their growing Office in Havant or Petersfield, to manage and develop two junior staff members and produce the Marketing and Recruitment strategies for the business.
This role is extremely fast paced and requires someone truly dedicated and able to remain positive and professional when working under pressure.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Liaising with Management team with regards to recruitment and marketing needs; generating client enquiries and carer applications to support the growth of the business.
Managing the recruitment and marketing budgets; placing job advertisements, utilising Social Media and liaising with the local community as appropriate to the role
Managing the recruitment process from generating applications, through interview, joining paperwork and attendance at induction to reporting on results.
Manage Marketing Officer and Recruitment Officer to produce effective recruitment and client advertising campaigns
Update current and design new recruiting procedures to meet recruitment targets.
Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.
Recommend recruitment tools to enable successful delivery.
Ensure a presence at all job fairs or recruitment days within the local area.
Record and manage the source and sustainability of all Carers to support Recruitment and Retention strategies
Record and analyse recruiting metrics to report to Business Owner.
Lead your team to achieve the company’s recruitment and marketing goals.
Plan and execute recruitment and client enquiry campaigns using a variety of online and offline channels.
Manage recruitment and marketing budgets and report on results.
Work as a member of the senior management team and contribute to plans for future growth.
Support Franchise Owner and Registered Manager with organising and implementing staff reviews and retention strategies.
YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE / BE:
You will have experience of planning and executing recruitment and/or marketing campaigns.
You will be confident managing a small team.
You will have an excellent understanding of online promotional marketing including website, social media, email and PPC marketing.
You will be able to work flexibly, including one weekend a month with time off in lieu
Experience in both marketing and recruitment is desirable but candidates with expertise in one of these areas will also be considered
