Avata Partners Hiring for Legal Recruiter (Remote) Full Time

Legal Recruiter Job Summary:

Avata Partners, a Zoe Holding company, is seeking an experienced legal recruiter to join our talented team. In this full-time role, you’ll be responsible for (direct hire) recruiting legal personnel and professional staff for clients throughout the West Coast.

This position is 100% remote, providing unmatched freedom and flexibility. You will also receive a lucrative compensation plan which includes a competitive base salary (up to $85k), uncapped commissions, and quarterly bonus eligibility (up to 7% of gross profit) based on performance.

About Your Day-to-Day:

• Manage the full life-cycle (direct placement) recruitment process for legal professionals, such as paralegals, legal assistants, clerks, etc.
• Meet with hiring managers to determine hiring needs
• Interview, qualify, and build relationships with potential hires
• Attend (virtual) team meetings to update management, discuss business needs and develop strategies
• Support and execute the goals of the company effectively and uphold company values

Skills/Qualifications You Will Need:

• At least two years of legal recruiting experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (JD is a big plus!)
• Schedule flexibility with the willingness to work atypical hours as needed
• Outstanding communication and organization skills required
• Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of the MS Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
