As a Strategic Business Partner supporting our Stations area of the business, you will support senior business leaders to build capability through our sustainable people plan.

Job Essentials

• Own and develop relationships with Directors and senior leaders as a trusted partner
• Apply knowledge of employment law and people practice as the SME
• Develop and support delivery of people plans in support of transformational change
• Understand and analyse data and trends to effect change and business results
• Consult and support complex case management
• Collaboration and advocacy across a national and complex operating model

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• Proven results as a business partner / HR professional
• Relevant degree or CIPD qualification preferred
• Strong business acumen with powerful people insight
• Excellence in relationship building
• Passion and enthusiasm whilst operating in a busy and complex environment
• Ability and willingness to travel across the UK with some time away from home
