Avanti West Coast Hiring for HR Payroll & Admin Support at Birmingham Full Time

Avanti West Coast are currently looking for an Administrator to join our HR Team as a HR & PayrollAdministrator.

In this role you will provide HR support to employees and managers, support with administrative tasks and cases coming through to our case management system in a confidential and efficient manner alongside leading on medical administration.

What Skills do I need?

¿ Experience of Case Management is essential for this position

¿ Excellent IT skills with experience in Microsoft office packages and business systems to include CORE

¿ Good knowledge of railway safety and medical standards

¿ Good knowledge of Railway pensions

¿ Good knowledge of chain or care policy

¿ Demonstrates a positive, flexible and proactive approach

¿ Ability to work under pressure to deadlines

¿ Experience of managing high volume administration
