AvantGarde, LLC Hiring for E-Learning Specialist Job at Remote Full Time

AvantGarde, LLC (AG) is looking for an eLearning Specialist to design and create virtual training events and modules, capture training in an online tool; grant access to employees through an online portal; and keep the client’s eLearning program updated. Work is performed remote.

The WORK

• Design, develop and upload into the LMS e-learning courses that blend a variety training methods and are Section 508 compliant.
• Create and edit storyboards, manage the development and production of content received from subject matter experts, and finalize and publish courses to an LMS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements, develop course plans and enhance the process for intake of eLearning requests.
• Create course plans which contain a project plan, timeline, milestones, and tracking.
• Maintain an accurate, current learning and development dashboard and provide reports and updates on eLearning activities.
• Create storyboards, instructional design, script writing/editing, visual/audio aids, and testing for eLearning courses.
• Develop, produce, upload and manage ancillary training materials.
• Create Shareable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) compliant content packages for delivery.
• Develop and execute learning assessments.
• Deploy new courses and resources to both the test and production environments.
• Train and support LMS users.
• Create and maintain an eLearning communication strategy.
• Develop marketing materials and targeted communications.

The REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Learning Management or related field; or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a eLearning role developing eLearning tools, creating and editing storyboards, managing the development and production of content received from subject matter experts, and finalizing and publishing courses to a learning management system.
• A high level of skill developing and designing eLearning courses (work samples will be required as part of the interview process).
• Expertise using Articulate Storyline 360 and the Adobe Creative Cloud; experience with Cornerstone on Demand LMS is highly desired.
• Ability to conceptualize and design e-learning modules; develop content; and design, narrate, and post to a learning management system.
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Experience managing eLearning course design using project management tools.
• Excellent writing, attention to detail, analytical, research, demonstrated customer service, and verbal skills.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
