Avand is a dynamic and rapidly growing company specializing in the sale of boys and girls toys and products across various categories. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an E-commerce Product Sourcing and Sales Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about toys, e-commerce, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and source a wide range of boys and girls toys and products from various suppliers and manufacturers.
• Conduct market research to identify trending and popular toy products to add to our inventory.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable pricing and terms.
• Create compelling product listings with detailed descriptions, high-quality images, and accurate specifications on Amazon MCF/Amazon FBA and our own WooCommerce site.
• Optimize product listings to enhance search visibility and conversion rates.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Coordinate with our logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment through Amazon MCF/Amazon FBA and WooCommerce.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Continuously analyze sales data, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in e-commerce product sourcing, listing, and sales, preferably in the toy industry.
• Familiarity with Amazon MCF/Amazon FBA and WooCommerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and online marketplace dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in data analysis and using metrics to drive decision-making.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Passionate about toys and a good understanding of current toy trends.
• Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes is a plus.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
