Avance Clinical Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Adelaide Full Time

This is a permanent full time role within a growing organization. Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for providing the full range of end-to-end recruitment capabilities for Avance Clinical from initial candidate contact through to offers of employment.

Core Responsibilities

• Contribute to effective and innovative recruitment strategies
• Source candidates using the most appropriate sources including LinkedIn, Seek and other applicable sources
• Shortlist candidates for the selection / interview process
• Conduct initial screening interviews with candidates to assess suitability
• Liaise with Operational Managers regarding candidate suitability
• Facilitate interviews with Operational Managers
• Conduct reference checks
• Negotiate offers of employment
• Liaise with overseas candidates regarding the sponsorship process
• Provide recruitment metrics

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in recruitment roles.
• A minimum of 2 years experience recruiting in the Clinical Research Industry
• A vocational or tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline (desirable)
• Possess an enthusiastic and approachable personality with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work within tight timeframes and prioritise workload.
• Be dynamic and action-orientated, with the ability to make things happen.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to earn trust, credibility and apply discretion where needed.
• Must show initiative and be pro-active in problem solving and process improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously and cooperatively with other people and to work independently with limited supervision.
