You will design innovative, scalable sourcing and recruiting strategies that contribute to Avanade’s future growth and Diversity targets. Provide subject matter expertise through market insight, consulting, and evidence-based best practices to drive results. Trusted adviser to our Business and HR leadership, Employee Networks, Global I&D and TA Team Leads and working groups. Identify trends and leverage knowledge, data, and competitive intelligence to influence and drive our diversity recruiting strategies. Compile, analyse and capture insights from data to support business decisions. You will design and implement our Global I&D Talent Acquisition Strategy along with initiatives and pilots to meet our Diversity hiring targets globally
Your Community
We are a small but mighty team with huge goals to transform the way Avanade acquires the right talent. You will work alongside the Global and Area Talent Acquisition Leads, Recruitment Marketing, the Global Inclusion & Diversity team and HR leads. You will be the face of Global Talent Acquisition Diversity across Avanade.
You will report directly to the Global TA Transformation Team Lead with a collaborative, dotted- line into the Chief Diversity Officer. We think boldly and inclusively. We experiment with new approaches and expect some to fail. We collaborate daily over coffee (or tea for our British colleague). We like solving hard problems. We remove barriers to entry so we can expand our talent pools and provide more opportunities for all to thrive at Avanade. Together, we will position Avanade as an award-winning destination for top talent, that is truly diverse and future ready.
