Avalon Elementary Hiring for Special Education Teacher at Apache Junction, AZ Full Time

Avalon is a K-8th grade charter school located in Apache Junction, AZ. We have a single belief that every child can learn. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Special Education teacher to add to our growing school.

Special education teacher works with students who have a wide range of learning disabilities. You will adapt general education lessons and teach various subjects, such as reading, writing, and math, to students with mild and moderate disabilities.

This position will be working with Kindergarten- 4th Grade students.

Requirements:

Valid Arizona IVP card

Valid Arizona Special Education teaching certificate

Benefits:

Salary: $45,000-$65,000 based on experience

Member: Arizona State Retirement
