• Making 50 dials a day doesn’t scare me
• Crafting and sending 30+ emails a day sounds like fun

This exciting role reports to the VP of Business Development and Marketing. This is a remote position supporting a United States Territory and requires residence in the Eastern part of the United States.

To be the successful candidate you must be able to demonstrate you are a hunter, experienced with prospecting through modern, digital prospecting tools as an inside business development expert.

Responsibilities:

• Work an existing database of contacts via phone, email, and social media to develop prospects, research, hunt, connect, qualify, and set appointments for product demo.
• Identify potential prospects outside of the internal database, based on ideal customer profiles. Research, hunt, connect, and qualify
• Connect, engage, qualify, and set appointments for a product demo.
• Learn and leverage our corporate CRM.
• Understand and utilize our search and prospecting tools to find qualified leads
• Show innovative methods to progress prospects to set an appointment to view an online demonstration of our software solution.
• Emphasize the significance of our solution, company, and your value-add to progress prospects to free-trial stage
• Manage sales process to progress prospects to close
• Demonstrate to prospects and clients your value-add to the customer relationship
• Reach agreed upon prospecting and sales targets by the deadline
• Maintain strong customer relationships with existing clients
• Resolve customer inquiries and invoicing with our internal team
• Manage existing client relationships and add-on sales
• Give input to marketing and Customer success teams
• Occasional domestic and international travel required

Qualifications:

• You must be able to demonstrate that you are a hunter, able to find and connect with new prospects through digital tools and telephone.
• You must be able to demonstrate a history of learning new, highly technical products, quickly and a familiarity with current technologies such as Cloud infrastructure, application infrastructure, enterprise messaging, transactional environments
• The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years’ experience as a BDR or SDR for an ENTERPRISE software solution or 1 or more years selling enterprise software to IT leaders.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM platform or similar is a must
• Knowledgeable about and experienced in using LinkedIn and other Social platforms, B2B marketing intelligence platforms like Seamless AI/Zoom info, etc., and basic internet research techniques to find qualified prospects.
• The ability to establish and KEEP relationships!
• Familiarity with internal team communication and collaboration products like team messaging, video meetings and audio conferencing
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to craft effective cold emails and follow-up communications.
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Motivated to succeed
• Familiarity with middleware, cloud, enterprise messaging, is a plus

We have a sales model that has worked since 2005. We need good people to run with the model.
