SALARY: Up to £30,000 plus uncapped commission up to 25% OTE Year 1 £60,000 – OTE Year 2 £80,000 upwards

AvA-V specialise in both Sales and Graduate Training & Recruitment and are now on the hunt for a motivated and successful 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our quickly expanding recruitment division.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Headhunting the best sales, marketing and Leadership talent in the marketplace for our clients businesses World-wide
• Working on Graduate Campaigns, attracting the very best Graduates who have a passion to fulfil a prosperous career in sales for our clients
• Co-ordinating alongside the Training Team the facilitation of Graduate Assessment Days ensuring your Graduates show them best-selves to your clients
• You will attract candidates through online and social advertising and networking
• Build your client base as a 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant and in time build a client base which requires a Junior Recruitment Consultant to work under your domain
• Our Senior Recruitment Consultant will undertake a Senior within the business with a view that you will within 12 months intake a Leadership tole and you who will continue to shape the growth of AvA-V and mentor our next wave of Talent to continue to join our business

OU WILL NEED TO HAVE / BE:

• A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a senior recruitment position
• A drive to succeed for both yourself and the organisation as a whole
• Be able to work alone with your own clients, and as part of a Team with Graduate Campaigns
• Be able to commit to one late night a week (ideally a Tuesday) until 7:00pm
• Have a flexible approach to working, you may be asked from time to time to support US and Worldwide campaigns
