LOCATION: AUSTRALIA – New South Wales
SALARY: Up to $120,000 depending on experience (OTE $160,000) plus car allowance

The successful Recruitment Branch Manager will have the opportunity to continue to build upon the success of the established office in New South Wales.
In return our client offers the successful Recruitment Branch Manager, the opportunity to earn a leading industry commission as a token of their appreciation for the Recruitment Branch Manager’s hard work, as well as ongoing training, development and 1-2-1 support.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Responsible for managing the whole recruitment cycle for the office
- Supporting your Team of 5 Recruitment Consultants in order for them to be successful in their roles
- Identifying & winning new business and clients by cold calling, following leads and networking your contacts
- Building an ongoing client relationships through regular meetings and campaigns
- Ongoing internal recruitment for your own team, as the New South Wales office continues to grow
- Advertising, interviewing and recruiting to maintain a pool of available candidates
- Full profit and loss responsibility for your $10M turnover branch
- Ensuring that all compliance records are correct and up-to-date
YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE / BE:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a Recruitment leadership role
- Experience in profit and loss activity in excess of $3M upwards
- A strong ethic for business development to continue to successfully grow our clients office in New South Wales
- An equal focus on candidate attraction to ensure you always have a ‘book’ of staff ‘ready to work’

- Base Salary Up to $120,000 dependent on experience
- Plus Commission (Realistic OTE $160,000) AUD
