LOCATION: Brisbane, Australia

SALARY: $100,000 – $130,000 AUD plus Car & Bonus Structure

Our client is a multi award winning organisation who has successfully brought a new level of service and fresh ideas to the Australian recruitment market.

They have worked with prestigious international blue chip companies across a wide range of sectors, and are extremely experienced at everything from placing a single short-term casual worker to running large scale permanent recruitment campaigns.

The successful Recruitment Manager / Branch Manager will have the opportunity to open a new office and build a portfolio of clients and candidates, as well as establishing your own team.

As a new Recruitment Manager / Branch Manager you will be supported with ongoing training, guidance and support allowing you to learn the skills and gain the knowledge required to enable you to become an essential part of the team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Responsible for managing the whole recruitment cycle for the office
  • Identifying & winning new business and clients by cold calling, following leads and networking your contacts
  • Building an ongoing client relationships through regular meetings and campaigns
  • Recruiting and growing a team of consultants
  • Advertising, interviewing and recruiting to maintain a pool of available candidates Training and mentoring consultants
  • Processing payroll for your branch
  • Ensuring that all compliance records are correct and up-to-date
YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE / BE:

  • Drive, passion, enthusiasm and a “Can Do” attitude
  • Energy and a determination to succeed
  • 3-5 years’ proven recruitment sales delivery experience
  • Ability to follow a process and a high level of attention to detail Excellent levels of customer service
  • Time management skills
  • People management skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and customers
