LOCATION: Melbourne WEST, Australia

SALARY: Up to $85,000 dependent on experience plus commission (OTE $135,000)

If you are looking to progress upwards from your role as a Recruitment Consultant to a Managerial position in the next few years this is the role for you. Due to continued scale and growth our client is always looking to promote upwards from within for their next Leaders to run new Branches as they continue to grow across Australia.

The successful Recruitment Consultant in return will have the ability to support the business development function of the branch as this is a 360 recruitment position.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Responsible for 360 recruitment. You must be able to identify and win new business through networking and cold calling
• Account Management, offering a great level of service to your clients, and continuing to grow your accounts
• Recruiting and growing your candidate base continually through screening and face to face interviewing
• Thinking outside of the ‘box’ recruitment – How do you gain traction of candidates against the competition?
• Ensuring that all compliance records meet industry standards when candidates are onboarded and up to date

YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE / BE:

• A minimum of 1 year in a private sector Recruitment role
• Experience in business development, ideally as a Recruitment Consultant
• Proven experience of hitting and over-achieving against KPI’s
• A pro-active approach and a can do attitude
• Candidate Care, how do you look after your candidate base, and ensure loyalty to you?
• Be able to work individually as well as be a great team player, and support your colleagues

THE BENEFITS:

• Base Salary up to $85,000 dependent on experience
• Commission on top – OTE $135,000

• 20 Days Annual Leave, which will increase to 25 days after 5 years of service
