CH is responsible for ensuring all contractor equipment is returned at the end of assignment
What is the HM looking for on the resume when considering an interview:
previous *** manufacturing engineering experience (VERY nice to have so they can jump right in. HM had a contractor train for 3 months only to bail out of their assignment when done), composites experience in either fabrication or assembly (if they have a lot of of composites experience that can make up for no *** experience and same with metals machining fabrication experience).

Leads Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in analyzing product development, complex producibilitystudies and production/tooling philosophies. Refines, validates, coordinates and implements conceptual designs and manages the program architecture for build. Develops manufacturing plans and oversees plan optimization. Conducts complex producibility and variation analysesto ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements. Resolves complex technical problems. Serves as a project manager to ensure that contract requirements, specifications, design criteria and schedule performance are integrated and maintained. Leads advanced design solutions and supports research of new product or business opportunities. Deploys company Lean Enterprise analysis methods. Documents and communicates producibilitybest practices. Provides guidance to others through structured mentoring.
