Overview:
Dosecann is currently recruiting for a Terpene Stick Room Lead, supporting the Manufacturing Department. This role will oversee the efficiency of the Terpene Stick department and ensure that from a supervisory capacity all end goals are achieved. The successful candidate will bring expertise in production processes and procedures, offer a strong background in people management within a manufacturing environment, and be comfortable with key stakeholder communication.

What can you expect to do:
Oversee the operation and efficiency of the Terpene Stick Room including supervision of staff.

Adhere to production scheduling and lot allocation.

Lead training in all aspects of Terpene Stick Room equipment and auxiliary equipment.

Prepare equipment and plant materials for Terpene Stick Room.

Clean and maintain Terpene Stick Room equipment and facilities.

Maintain strict inventory records of all plant materials, chemicals and equipment used in the facilities.

Wash and sterilize formulation glassware and small wares used in production.

Perform clerical work related to production activities such as word processing, record keeping, filing.

Other duties the Company may assign from time to time.

What we are looking for :
Experience in production or manufacturing environments in compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) is strongly preferred.

Reporting and information management: must have proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with process management, team problem solving, and inventory control.

Must remain in compliance with local, provincial, federal, and internal policies and regulations for working in the cannabis industry.

Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.

Good organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.

2+ years of experience in a supervisory role.

Supervisory capacity within a manufacturing environment, CPG industry experience is an asset.

Dynamic personality who is able to motivate and lead by example.
