Overview: Reporting to the Lead of Formulation, the ideal Formulation candidates will perform duties that include the preparation of input material for production processes, requiring strict adherence to batch record and product specifications, while maintaining documentation and cleaning practices compliant with given SOP’s and GPP environment standards.

What can you expect to do:

• Responsible for the use of both hand tools and manufacturing equipment as they relate to product preparation, mixing, sampling and testing.
• The candidate must ensure strict adherence to the intended formulation leads schedule, and work with said formulation lead to improve formulations and optimize processes.
• Sustain a clean and organized workspace fostering teamwork.
• Maintain strict inventory records of all materials and equipment used.
• Store supplies and equipment, dispose waste according to guidelines, and keep storerooms and working areas clean and organized.
• Perform clerical work related to daily activities such as word processing, record keeping, and filing.
• Maintain material safety data sheets for all department chemicals and products.
• Other duties the Company may assign from time to time.

What we are looking for :

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Food Science, or a closely related field.
• 1 – 3 years’ work experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous practical laboratory experience.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency in MS Office Suites and ERP systems.
• Must have a flexible schedule in order to work shifts and weekends.
