Aux IT Solutions Hiring for IT Support (Part Time) Job at Southampton, England Full Time

We are looking for an enthusiastic part-time IT Technician to join our Education-focused support team.

This is on a 3-month basis with a view to make this permanent.

Support is varied and we are looking for someone with fantastic customer service skills and strong troubleshooting abilities. This will be a customer facing role, going to client sites to deliver support to customers. This will initially be within a team, before dispatching to sites solo, once a period of initial training.

Who We Are Looking For;

• A confident problem solver and trouble-shooter with a “can do” attitude.
• Confident troubleshooting issues with pc’s, laptops, printers, WIFI, software, tablets, Windows Devices.
• Experience working with Windows Desktop, Windows 10.
• Windows Server operating systems beneficial but not critical.
• Working knowledge of server concepts through study beneficial but not critical.
• Knowledge of cloud, Office 365 and Google Workspace advantageous.
• A quick learner – grasp new technologies quickly and with enthusiasm

For this post we are open to flexible hour requirements.

Applicants must be willing to be enhanced DBS checked, be eligible to work within the UK and have valid UK driving license.
