CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

You will be part of the Customer Service Team and ing to the Customer Service Manager

How you will contribute

• interacts with customers, provide information in response to inquiries about products
• handle and resolve complaints in collaboration with other functions
• enter Sales Orders in the ERP System and keep data maintenance (SAP Business One)
• run pre-formatted s from any of our partner cloud-based systems (Webhelp/Port Group/Department Store portals).
• send wholesale customers simple style data, entering tracking data into Sample or Selling data spreadsheets
• shipment track (sending emails with tracking to let clients know what is in-transit)

Who you are

• high-school or bachelor degree, preferably, in accounting.
• experience of 3-5 years in Customer Service or Back Office management preferably in fashion/accessories industries
• strong computer skills required: proficiency in Excel and ERP system (SAP is a plus)
• good written and oral communications skills
• self-motivated and hands-on approach, organizational capacity, ability to work in a team
