Who You Are:

The Customer Support Supervisor will lead and manage a team of accounting, parts, and service customer support representatives. The Customer Support Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring their support team provides exceptional service to our clients. The position requires an individual with proven leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for coaching, training, and developing team members.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure they provide exceptional service to clients
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of team members
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for the customer support team
• Manage and resolve escalated customer issues
• Work with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Collaborate with the management team to set departmental goals and objectives
• Generate s on team performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Perform any other duties needed to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Values

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Coach and develop team members on an individual basis to achieve their full potential
• Promote positivity, communication, and Autosoft’s core values
• Conduct weekly team meetings and one-on-ones
• Ensure effective resource management and a balanced workload within the team
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback to team members
• Responsible for the onboarding and training of new team members
• Perform quality reviews on calls each week to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Assist the manager with hiring, scheduling, and coaching of employees
• Conduct comprehensive quarterly assessments

What You’ll Need:

• Deep knowledge of dealership operations, particularly in accounting, parts, and service areas
• Strong leadership skills, capable of guiding and motivating a team effectively
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication
• Effective interpersonal skills, focused on top-tier customer service
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail, task prioritization and delegation
• Excellent time management skills, consistently meeting deadlines
• Proven ability to quickly learn and master technical software
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Adaptable to fast-paced, demanding work environments.
• Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Call Center Software Experience
• 2+ years of supervisor/manager experience

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
