What You Will Ownā¦
Remote and in-person field networking, supporting a wide variety of clients from new installations, to upgrades, and service.
You will work directly with clients and are responsible for completed projects from end to end, working with a small group as well as on your own.
Work locations may vary day to day, and week to week depending on customer, project and jobsite. Field support may be required, and you may be travelling to and from the jobsite rather than the office when supporting installations or service.

(1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue(2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time(3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies(4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts(5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases.
