Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Commercial Job Role Summary:

The work location would be REMOTE

Location: Cambridge, MA (REMOTE)

Contract: 12 months duration

Automated Systems, Inc. is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for the Oncology Department. Let’s aspire to cure cancer!
The candidate will drive the hiring for the Oncology commercial business located in the US, with specific focus on Field roles. This would be 30% of the overall responsibility. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition Head, Oncology HR Partners and Talent Management to build future capabilities proactively for the Oncology business aligned with the agenda.

Responsibilities:

• You will manage the full Talent Acquisition life cycle including job requisition, pipe lining, scheduling, interview feedback/consultation, pre-offer, through to offer negotiation.

• You will manage process feedback loops and ensure continuous process improvement.

• You will proactively source and build leadership pipeline for Business Critical roles.

• You will establish and strengthen brand presence.

• You will work with external partners & strengthen talent intelligence gathering and keep Oncology leadership team updated on market movements.

• Develop a talent engagement plan in partnership with business leaders for critical roles, and drive implementation.

• You will deploy and embed candidate brand and engagement strategies for Oncology aligned with communications and external partners.

• Produce diverse talent pools for business critical roles, using talent sourcing and candidate management tools.

• You will provide talent insights to Function Leaders, HRBLs and HR Partners such as performance metrics or external talent maps

Requirements

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required

• 5+ years’ experience within talent acquisition driving end-to-end recruitment is required.

• Experience in sourcing and hiring candidates within the pharma / biotech / life sciences industry is required.

• Experience in building & deploying EVP/ employer branding initiatives would be advantageous

Pay: $25,465.11 – $102,130.93 per year
