Automata’s biggest asset is our people and we’re hiring a talent coordinator to help us attract and engage the best talent. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills looking to get into HR or Talent Acquisition.
As our Talent Coordinator, you will be the face of Automata with candidates throughout their hiring process ensuring everyone has a fair and seamless experience, you will also provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider people team when needed.

Working across our Applicant Tracking System to support administrative recruiting functions, track candidates, retrieving data and doing general day to day cleansing
Interfacing with candidates, recruiters (internally & externally), and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Coordinating interviews and contacting applicants as required
Making regular candidate check-in calls
Participating and supporting the people team as necessary, including graduate recruitment, employment branding and general employee relations
Performing background and reference checks
Entry level experience in an administrative role, preferably with an HR or recruitment, project coordination, or data entry
Experience with an applicant tracking system or a CRM
Works efficiently with a natural sense of urgency and can easily allocate time to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
Demonstrated ability to solve problems while exhibiting sound judgment
Flexible and positive attitude; calm-under pressure
Action-oriented; can run with little direction; can make sound decisions under conditions of uncertainty
Professional presentation and communication style; capable of communicating complex content over the phone and through written correspondence
Passion for exceptional customer service
Ability to guide processes to closure
Salary – £22k-£30k (based on experience)
Learning & Development £1,000 per year to spend as you wish
