To help us on our journey we are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Talent team in bringing exceptional talent into Automata. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, this role will be candidate-facing, giving you the opportunity to be the first point of contact between interviewees and the business, whilst assisting in the coordination of wider hiring activities.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role will be essential to the success of this ambition.
Core to this role is the smooth running of the interview lifecycle ensuring everyone has a fair and seamless experience.
The ideal candidate will be eager to advance into a career in Talent Acquisition; there are lots of opportunities to quickly move into a sourcing or internal recruitment role.
In this role, you will be:
Working across our Applicant Tracking System (TeamTailor) owning the administration of our hiring activities
Communicating with candidates and hiring managers throughout each hiring process, prioritising smooth stakeholder management and a high-quality candidate experience
Coordinating interviews
Making regular candidate check-in calls
Supporting the Talent Team as needed on ad-hoc projects, including graduate recruitment, employer branding and improving our hiring processes
What it takes
1-2 years experience in a talent or recruitment agency role
Highly collaborative and transparent in your work style, knowing when to share information and when to ask for help
An effective communicator both written and verbal, with an understanding of how to tailor your communication depending on the audience
The ability to multitask, prioritise requirements and navigate well in a fast-paced environment
Eager to learn and keen to begin an exciting career in People at an ambitious and exciting tech start-up
