Responsibilities

• to the VP of Sales
• Scale the Outbound SMB SDR org from 2 teams (20 reps) up to 5 teams (50 reps) over the next 12-24 months
• Oversee the current SDR managers and work with them to continue evolving processes: Scripting, training, hiring, KPI improvement, etc. Our team is at a point where we are seeing success consistently – your job will be to maintain and enhance while simultaneously growing the team
• Drive the SDR org toward achievable monthly targets, and improve CAC payback
• Directly manage 3-4 Inbound SDRs, and work closely with our Demand Gen team to continue driving efficiency and conversion
• Develop a leadership bench from our current and future team of Senior SDRs
• Teach young/first time Sales Development Managers how to lead exceptional teams
• Own the hiring process with the assistance of our internal recruiting team

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience leading managers in a transactional inside sales or SDR department, at scale (30-50 individual contributors)
• Experience successfully scaling a department is a plus
• 2+ years of experience as a front line manager in an SMB focused sales organization – including heavy outbound prospecting and cold calling
• A desire to develop, teach, and grow the careers of young professionals
• Intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm, empathy, and drive
